General wholesale agreement:
1. Products and pricing
Pricing as shown in the listing above. Pricing and minimum order quantity can be modified.
Pokidots reserves the right to offer discounts or promotions on the Pokidots website, at their discretion.
2. Order minimums and payment terms
Minimum Order Quantity: 1 case of 6 journals.
Payment terms: Retailer makes the purchase through the Pokidots website (Add to Cart on this listing! :)
3. Delivery and shipping
Pokidots will ship the products to the retailer's shipping address within 2 business days after receiving the order online. Shipping will be calculated and added at checkout during the ordering process.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement within 14 days notice. In the event of termination, the retailer will return new and unused journals and will receive a full refund.
5. Marketing and branding
Pokidots will be happy to provide necessary marketing materials (images, descriptions, etc.) for the retailer to use for online stores. The retailer agrees to use only official branding and representations of Pokidots’ products.
6. Returns and damages
Returns: Pokidots will accept returns for damaged or defective goods if notified within 7 days of delivery. Returns for other reasons will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damages: Pokidots is responsible for ensuring the goods are shipped safely and securely. In the event of damaged goods, Pokidots will replace the items or issue a refund.
