The 25 houses are hand-drawn and gorgeous, and are also sturdy little bags. Each house is different, and they are numbered from 1 to 25, to be opened each day from December 1st to the 25th! Put your family members' favorite surprises and treats in the house bags, close the bags as shown in the included instructions, and set up your village! You will absolutely love it.

Assorted heights from 5.5 to 8.5 inches x 4.75 inch wide x 2 inches deep.

Each set of 25 houses packaged is approx. 8.75 x 4.8 x 1.75 inches.
Shipped individually in a plastic bag for protection, Plastic bag should be removed for retail display/sale :)

This beautiful product was designed and packaged in Seattle, and the houses are freehand drawings by the artist. Illustrations have been printed on 100% recycled and recyclable sturdy paper bags at a small family business in Wenzhou.

General wholesale agreement for the Advent calendars:

1. Products and pricing

Pricing as shown in the listing above. Pricing and minimum order quantity can be modified.
Pokidots reserves the right to offer discounts or promotions on the Pokidots website, at their discretion.

2. Order minimums and payment terms

  • Minimum Order Quantity: 1 case of 6 Advent calendar sets.

  • Payment terms: Retailer makes the purchase through the Pokidots website (Add to Cart on this listing! :)

3. Delivery and shipping

Pokidots will ship the products to the retailer's shipping address within 2 business days after receiving the order online. Shipping will be calculated and added at checkout during the ordering process.

4. Exclusivity

In consideration of the retailer's commitment to our products, Pokidots agrees to grant the retailer geographic exclusivity within a 1-mile radius of the retailer's business location, if they are selling at a physical store (not online). This exclusivity means that Pokidots will not supply the same products to another retailer within a 1-mile distance of the retailer's physical location for the duration of this agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement within 14 days notice. In the event of termination, the retailer will return unopened case(s) of Advent calendar sets and will receive a full refund.

6. Marketing and branding

Pokidots will be happy to provide necessary marketing materials (images, descriptions, etc.) for the retailer to use for online stores. The retailer agrees to use only official branding and representations of Pokidots’ products. For physical stores, the seller has the option at checkout to add 2 extra houses (selected at random) for sample display.

7. Returns and damages

  • Returns: Pokidots will accept returns for damaged or defective goods if notified within 7 days of delivery. Returns for other reasons will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Damages: Pokidots is responsible for ensuring the goods are shipped safely and securely. In the event of damaged goods, Pokidots will replace the items or issue a refund.
