Help the Japanese with art!

I was deeply moved after hearing the news and watching the videos of the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan last week. I contributed to help the people who were affected — by making a donation to the Red Cross — but I wanted to offer more:

I created this drawing as an incentive for others (you!) to help as well.

I will be selling the 8.5in x 11in print in Pokidots! shop for $10, which will entirely go to the Red Cross. For every purchased print, I will donate $10 to the Red Cross whose members are working hard right now to help the Japanese people who have been affected by this disaster last week. (More details below.)

This is a wonderful way to help and contribute, and it does make a difference. Please click here to buy the print now, and tell your friends.

Print details
The drawing to help the Japanese is 8.5in x 11in, printed on 100% recycled art paper (thick and smooth). There will not be a watermark on the print; there will be a dated note on the back thanking you for your contribution. The print will be mailed to you in an envelope, with protection (so it wouldn’t fold or rip). Shipping is $5 everywhere.

Important information
This print will be available for a few weeks. When I remove it from the shop, I will share the Red Cross donation receipt with everyone who has contributed.
